RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD21-09588, for a project being developed by Loreto Residential, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD21-09588 and has determined that all conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be approved.

WHEREAS, the following document was present for board approval this date:
A Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) with Loreto Residential, LLC, principal, whereby said principal agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) within 2 years from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of landscaping.
Said document was accompanied by security to guarantee the completion of right-of-way landscaping as required by Titled 8 and 9 of the County Ordinance, as follows:
