RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Parcel Map for administrative lot split minor subdivision MS25-00015, for a project being developed by Restoring Neighborhoods LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Richmond area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works has reviewed the applicable code requirements for administrative lot split minor subdivision MS25-00015 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.

IN THE MATTER OF: approving the Parcel Map for administrative lot split minor subdivision MS25-00015, for a project being developed by Restoring Neighborhoods LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Richmond area. (District I)
WHEREAS, the following documents were present for board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of administrative lot split minor subdivision MS25-00015, property located in the Richmond area, Supervisorial District I, said map having been certified by the proper officials.
Said document was accompanied by:
1. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 2025-2026 tax lien has been paid in full, and the 2026-2027 tax line, which became a lien on the first day of January 2026, is estimated to be $5,430.00. The estimate of Supplementals taxes is $2,190.00.
2. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes, as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. DP939287, dated June 18, 2026) made by Restoring Neighborhoods LLC in the amount of $7,620.00, guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County’s general and specific plans.
2. That said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does hereby accept subject to installation and acceptance of improvements on behalf of the public any of the streets shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
