I.J.K. by and through his legal guardian Linnette Kidd: Wrongful death claim related to dangerous condition in an amount to be determined.
Manuel Salvador Jimenez: Medical malpractice claim in an amount to be determined.
Mercury Insurance a/s/o Helen Jones: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $2,979.30.
Brendan & Holly McShane: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $1,003.38.
Aurora Parker: Property claim for missing personal property in the amount of $600.
