Information:
Staff will provide TCAB with a brief forecast of upcoming meetings, activities, and anticipated areas of work as the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network moves from procurement toward implementation and permanent governance.
TCAB members and staff will also have an opportunity to share relevant announcements, upcoming events, community information, or other updates related to the work of TCAB and the FGCWN.
Referral History and Update:
TCAB has played a transitional advisory role in the development of the FGCWN, including review of the Implementation Plan, development of the Lead Entity RFQ and Rapid Response Service Provider RFP, community outreach, and recommendations related to implementation.
As the Lead Entity and Service Provider procurements advance, TCAB's upcoming work is anticipated to increasingly focus on implementation readiness and transition.
Upcoming areas of work may include:
• Lead Entity Phase Two interview and selection process;
• RFP #255 closeout and development of the initial Rapid Response Service Provider cohort;
• continued review and refinement of future FGCWN Executive Director selection criteria;
• October fiduciary responsibility vector training;
• Lead Entity transition and onboarding;
• future Community Council and governance discussions; and
• planning for TCAB's eventual transition as permanent FGCWN governance structures are established.
The sequencing and timing of future items may change based on procurement, contracting, Board of Supervisors, and implementation timelines.
Following the staff forecast, TCAB members and staff will be invited to share relevant announcements and upcoming information.
