RECOMMENDATIONS:

 

ADOPT Resolution in honor of Lisa Redfern for her 30 years of service to Contra Costa County, as recommended by Anna Roth, Director of Health Services, and Kristina Jadrich, Assistant Director of Nutritional Services.

RECOGNIZING the contributions of Lisa Redfern on the occasion of her 30 years of service to Contra Costa County and the Health Services Department.

 

WHEREAS Lisa Redfern began her career with Contra Costa Health Services as a Clerk - Experienced Level in July of 1993 working at the Employment and Human Services Department.  Ms. Redfern advanced her career by promoting to Clerk - Senior Level and transferring to the Contra Costa Health Services Central Appointment Unit in 1997, in which she called home for 10 years.  Ms. Redfern then spent some time as an Account Clerk - Experienced Level at California Children’s Services and then returned to being a Clerk - Senior Level to support the In-Home Supportive Services Program.  This position provided Ms. Redfern the opportunity to work for the Season of Sharing program, which involved the hands-on provision of resources to those in need.  In 2018, Ms. Redfern transferred to her current unit, Food and Nutrition Services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and has since been promoted to Clerk - Specialist Level.

 

WHEREAS, Ms. Redfern has been a beneficial resource to the employees of the Food and Nutrition Services unit. Ms. Redfern’s careful attention to detail and genuine compassion for others has contributed to her success throughout her Clerk career with Contra Costa Health Services.

 

WHEREAS, Ms. Redfern has efficiently and effectively provided support and dedication. She continues to uphold and elevate Contra Costa Health Services’ Commitment to Service Excellence.

 

WHEREAS, the staff celebrate Ms. Redfern’s contributions through her experience performing her duties in accordance with the values of the Contra Costa Health Services Mission Statement through her dedicated work performance.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lisa Redfern be recognized and thanked for her 30 years of public service to the Contra Costa Health Services Department, and for her dedication to work and contributions.
