Information:
There is $2,734,000 available for Los Medanos Health Area Grants during the 2025-2027 grant program session. The Advisory Committee stated that they would start with the rank and allocate the full amount available for each agency starting with the highest score and going down.
Public meetings were held on 6/17/25 and 6/18/25. During those meetings all 63 agencies provided the committee with up to a 5 min presentation regarding their grant proposal. After all presentations were complete advisory members finalized their scores for each proposal. Those individual scores were sent to staff. Staff was directed to average all of the scores and provide that information to the Advisory Committee for discussion. Below are the average scores along with their ranking and amount of funding requested.

The top 27 ranked agencies total $2,670,061. After accounting for the top 27 fully funded agencies there is $60,939 still available for allocation.
