On October 4, 2022, the Board of Supervisors approved Interagency Agreement #23-228-14 with MOFD in an amount not to exceed $268,524 to provide prehospital emergency medical paramedic first responder services, for the period from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.

Approval of Interagency Amendment/Extension Agreement #23-228-15 will allow Contractor to provide additional services within the cities of Moraga and Orinda through June 30, 2026. This Contract includes mutual indemnification to hold harmless both parties for any claims arising out of the performance of this Contract.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this Contract Amendment/Extension is not approved, additional funding and extended service through June 30, 2026 will not be provided to County residents.
