RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving a correction of an error on Resolution No. 2026-304 to accept completion of the warranty period for the Subdivision Agreement and release the cash deposit, for subdivision SD21-09591, for a project developed by Pulte Home Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Discovery Bay area. (District III)

The surety bond number associated with the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD21-09591 was noted incorrectly on August 11, 2026, agenda for Resolution No. 2026-304. The correct Bond No. is SUR0073411.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The surety bond associated with the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD21-09591 will not be corrected, and Pulte Homes Company, LLC, cannot be released from its bond liability.
