BACKGROUND:
As a result of Federal budget cuts, ongoing funding for the program terminated effective October 1, 2025. To receive that funding, AAA was required to submit a signed agreement by September 26, 2025. This action seeks to ratify the EHSD Director’s execution of State Agreement amendment CF-2223-07-A4 with the CDA.
