At the 5/13/25 meeting of the Los Medanos Health Advisory Committee a schedule was approved for the 2025-2027 grant review process. The Committee requested each applicant agency to provide a 5 minute presentation regarding their program proposal. Applicant agencies were contacted by Staff and placed onto a schedule for either 6/17 or 6/18. Below is the schedule of agency presentations for the 6/18 meeting.

Recommendation(s)/Next Step(s):
Staff request that due to limited time the advisory committee limit questions to one per agency. All submitted presentation material will be entered into the minutes for this meeting.
After the meeting staff request that committee members provide their scores for staff to review and average. Final scoring will be provided to the advisory committee at a special meeting scheduled for June 24th, 2025. At this meeting, the advisory committee will finalize their recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
