RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE Budget Amendment No. BDA-24-00233 authorizing the transfer of $6,113 from the Treasurer Tax Collector (0015) to Plant Acquisition (0111) for requested modifications to designated space at the 1026 Escobar Street Administration Building.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% General Fund
BACKGROUND:
The Treasurer Tax Collector is among the County Departments set to move into the new Administration Building at 1026 Escobar Street, Martinez. As part of the planning, the Department has requested some modifications be made to the designated office space in order to make it more useable for their needs. The requested action will transfer the budget appropriations to the designated capital account to pay for the costs of the modifications.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The action is needed to transfer the funds from the Department to the Capital Project account to pay for the costs of the requested space modifications.
