RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for subdivision SD20-09545, for a project being developed by Civic Heritage View, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Vine Hill area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 92.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The agreement will not be recorded, and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
