RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Maxwell Prost, DECLARE a vacancy in Youth Representative Seat 2 on the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy as recommended by the County Probation Officer.

BACKGROUND:
Upon reviewing Maxwell Prost resignation notification, the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council has made the recommendation to remove Maxwell Prost. This will leave Youth Representative Seat 2 vacant.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The committee will not have a member who actively participates, and it will be difficult to reach quorum.
