Report Title: District 3 Seat Vacancy on the Behavioral Health Board

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Sani Momoh, DECLARE a vacancy in the District 3 Family Seat on the Behavioral Health Board, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
On April 28th, 2025 the Board of Supervisors appointed Sani Momoh to the District 3 Family Seat with a term ending December 31, 2027.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The vacancy will not be declared, hindering the ability to recruit and fill the seat.
