BACKGROUND:
Pacific Gas and Electric Company shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department. Pacific Gas and Electric Company is requesting a road closure to replace a joint utility pole. The construction team indicated that a road closure is necessary for the requested work to be done safely due to the narrow road. This request was previously approved by the Board of Supervisors in resolution RES 2024-19. The applicant has submitted a new request due to a revision in construction scheduling.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Pacific Gas and Electric Company will not have Board approval to complete the road closure.
