This on-call contract became effective on September 14, 2021, and will expire on September 13, 2024. It currently has a payment limit of $700,000. To retain the services of and enable timely payment to Goats R Us, the Public Works Director recommends that the Board approve the contract amendment for the County. The contract amendment will increase the payment of the contract from $700,000 to $1,200,000 and extend the term through September 13, 2026.
