RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for urban lot split minor subdivision MS23-00014, for a project being developed by Zackary and Mariela Onisko, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the applicable code requirements for urban lot split minor subdivision MS23-00014 and has determined that all applicable code requirements for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
