ACCEPT the resignation of Theresa Foglio-Ramirez, DECLARE a vacancy in the District V Seat 4 on the Rodeo Municipal Advisory Council, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Federal D. Glover.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The Rodeo Municipal Advisory Council makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on issues and concerns related to County services provided to the unincorporated area of Rodeo.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat would remain vacant.
