The Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network Lead Entity RFQ was released 6/22/2026 to identify an organization capable of coordinating implementation, governance support, network development, fiscal management, capacity building, and strategic planning activities for the Network. The Office of Racial Equity and Social Justice hosted an optional Bidder’s Conference Webinar to review the RFQ timeline, submission instructions promote transparency and provide Q&A to potential bidders. ORESJ directors are working to secure the RFQ Review Panel.

• Phase 1 & 2 timeline
• Anticipated Board of Supervisors approval process
The update is intended to provide transparency regarding the selection process while maintaining procurement integrity.
