Report Title: Allocation of Livable Communities Trust Funds (District II and District III portions)

RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. APPROVE an allocation of $50,000 from the Livable Communities Trust (District II portion) to the Siesta Valley Foundation for the ADA and Accessibility Improvements Project, as recommended by Supervisor Andersen.
2. AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Siesta Valley Foundation in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for the ADA and Accessibility Improvements Project, subject to approval by the County Administrator and approved as to form by County Counsel.
3. APPROVE an allocation of $250,000 from the Livable Communities Trust (District III portion) to The Friends of the Oakley Library for the Oakley Library and Community Center Project, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.
4. AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director, or designee, to execute a contract with The Friends of Oakley Library in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for Oakley Library and Community Center Project subject to approval by the County Administrator and approved as to form by County Counsel.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Livable Communities Trust. This action allocates $50,000 from the District II portion of Livable Communities Trust Fund and $250,000 from the District III portion of the Fund monies. The current available balance in the District II portion of the Fund to allocate is $1,407,040.95 (prior to the allocation). The current available balance in the District III portion of the Fund to allocate $1,549,013.95 (prior to the allocation).
