RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for development plan permit DP17-03045, for a project being developed by Scannell Properties #601, LLC, Scannell Properties #304, LLC, and Arroyo/Livermore Business Park, L.P., as recommended by the Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 89.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded, and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance
