RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Tim Fares, DECLARE a vacancy in the District 3 seat on the Fish and Wildlife Committee for a term ending February 28, 2030, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The Fish and Wildlife Committee advises the Board of Supervisors on fish and wildlife issues in Contra Costa County.
Mr. Tim Fares notified the District Office of his resignation effective immediately.
