DECLARE vacant the Appointee 2 seat on the Bethel Island Municipal Advisory Council previously held by Pam Allen due to her recent passing and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy for a term ending December 31, 2028, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.
