ACCEPT the resignation of Avery M Gould, DECLARE vacant the District IV Consumer seat on the Behavioral Health Board for a term ending on December 31, 2028, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy.

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Avery Gould notified the District Office of his resignation effective 7/2/2026.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat will not be declared vacant and new appointment to the position will not be able to be made.
