Report Title: Establish District Attorney Assistant Investigator Classification and Add Positions
?Recommendation of the County Administrator ? Recommendation of Board Committee

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT a Position Adjustment Resolution No. 26213 to establish the classification of District Attorney Assistant Investigator (6KWA) (represented) at salary plan and grade QV5 1001 ($8,023.65 - $9,752.80) and add four (4) positions in the District Attorney's Office.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The net fiscal impact is approximately $116,762. The cost of adding four (4) positions is approximately $535,926 annually, which is expected to be offset by approximately $419,164 upon canceling four (4) District Attorney Case Preparation Assistant (CPA) positions.
