Fleet Services is requesting approval of a service contract with Merrimac Petroleum, Inc. d/b/a Merrimac Energy Group for the term January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029, in the amount of $3,000,000.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this contract is not approved, fuel supply for County vehicles will not be available, which will impact vehicles and the operations of the Fleet Services Division, Countywide.
