Information: Discuss the scope, needs, and logistics of planning and executing research proposals with the California Policy Lab, UCB Policy Advocacy Clinic, and/or other possible research partners.
Referral History and Update: On August 6, 2026, the RJOB Full Body received a proposal from the California Policy Lab (CPL) to collaborate with the Data Subcommittee on a research project. Members agreed with the CPL proposal and direction of the project, and approved that Data Subcommittee continue working with CPL to develop the proposal. Relatedly, members received an update that the UCB Policy Advocacy Clinic (PAC) is also interested in partnering with RJOB in possible research and data collection projects, and approved Data Subcommittee to continue exploring what research project is possible and feasible.
