TCAB will discuss and provide direction on how the County and community partners should promote the RFQ to ensure strong participation from Black-led and Black-serving organizations across East, Central, and West County.
Referral History and Update
The Feasibility Study and TCAB deliberations emphasize the importance of engaging organizations with deep community trust and lived experience. An intentional outreach strategy is necessary to reach these organizations and avoid over-reliance on traditional County procurement channels.
