REAPPOINT Robert Lilley to the District V Representative Seat of the Assessment Appeals Board for a term ending September 7, 2026, as recommended by Supervisor Federal D. Glover.

BACKGROUND:
The Assessment Appeals Board is established to assess and equalize the valuation of the taxable property in the County for the purpose of taxation; and to perform all duties required by the State Board of Equalization and State law.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Position would remain vacant.
