ADOPT Resolution accepting an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for Camino Tassajara, from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)

BACKGROUND:
The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes was required for the realignment and widening of Camino Tassajara. The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes was previously accepted for recording purposes only on December 28, 1989, in Book 15568, page 279, Official Records of Contra Costa County.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be accepted.
