RECOMMENDATIONS:
DENY claims filed by Erick Thomas Collins; Jose Efren Grajeda; Jasmine Denise Danay Jack; Gibran Galvan Nava; Tracy Pitts; San Ramon Regional Medical Center; Sizemore Construction; and State Farm Mutual Ins. Co. a/s/o Eileen Hoffinger. DENY amended claims filed by CSAA Insurance Group, a subrogee of Rani Bar; and Progressive Casualty Insurance, a subrogee of Jerry Lin. DENY late claim filed by Zeralyn Ina Mason.

Jose Efren Grajeda: Personal injury claim related to trip & fall in an amount to exceed $25,000.
Jasmine Denise Danay Jack: Personal injury claim related to vehicle accident in an amount to be determined.
Gibran Galvan Nava: Personal injury claim related to dangerous condition in an amount of at least $35,000.
Tracy Pitts: Personal injury claim related to trip & fall in an amount to exceed $100,000.
San Ramon Regional Medical Center: Claim for underpayment of medical reimbursement in the amount of $13,230.41.
Sizemore Construction: Property claim for damage to mailbox in the amount of $650.
State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, a/s/o Eileen Hoffinger: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $10,271.29.
CSAA Insurance Group a/s/o Rani Bar: Amended claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $10,745.47.
