Report Title: ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 26380 to add eight (8) positions and cancel eight (8) positions in various classifications in the Employment and Human Services Department

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 26380 to add the following eight (8) positions:
* Four (4) Administrative Services Assistant III (APTA) positions at salary plan and grade ZB5-1631 ($7,885.95 - $9,585.42)
* One (1) Departmental Fiscal Officer (APSA) position at salary plan and grade B82-1724 ($8,911.57 - $11,407.56
* Two (2) Accountant III (SATA) positions at salary plan and grade ZB5-1576 ($7,467.98 - $9,077.38)
* One (1) Quality Assurance Monitor position (XQSP) at salary plan and grade 255-1409 ($6,329-$7693)

and cancel the following eight (8) positions:

* Six (6) Associate Teacher - Project (CJW1) positions #13331, 1033, 1138, 12017, 12135, 6797 at salary plan and grade QH5-0643 ($3,977.45-$4,834.61)
* One (1) Administrative Services Assistant II (APVA) position #19884 at salary plan and grade ZB5-1475 ($6,757.29-$8,213.53)
* One (1) Departmental Human Resources Analyst II (ARTA) position #19895 at salary plan and grade B85-1631 ($8,195.10-$12,107.88)
in the Employment and Human Services Department. (Represented)



FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this item will result in additional expenditures of up to $477,470 annually and $238,737 for FY 24-25, and will be funded by 8% County, 54% Federal, and 38% State funds already budgeted in FY 24-25.
