APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with TK Elevator Corporation, effective August 11, 2026, to increase the payment limit by $150,000 to a new payment limit of $2,200,000, for on-call elevator maintenance and repair services at various County sites and facilities, Countywide. (100% General Fund)
