RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Janet Miller Evans, DECLARE a vacancy in the District 2 seat on the African American Holistic Wellness and Resource Hub Feasibility Study Steering Committee and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by the Equity Committee.

BACKGROUND:
Staff received the resignation of Janet Miller Evans, member of the Steering Committee for the African American Holistic Wellness and Resource Hub Feasibility Study, residing in District 2.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat will not be vacated and a new appointment would not be able to be made.
