RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Gordon N. Ball Inc, for the Walnut Creek Desilt Project, as recommended by the Chief Engineer, Concord area. County Project No. 7520-6B8334 (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% Flood Control Zone B Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Chief Engineer reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of November 8, 2024.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
