Report Title:                     Accepting completion of Improvements for Road Improvement Agreement for development plan permit DP20-03011, Bay Point area.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements for Road Improvement Agreement for development plan permit DP20-03011 for a project developed by Alves Lane, L.P., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
