Information:
The Board will review proposed edits and recommendations to the Request for Proposals (RFP) developed by the three TCAB ad hoc committees. Each committee will provide a report out summarizing key discussions, recommended revisions, implementation considerations, and areas requiring further Board guidance.
Referral History and Update:
TCAB established three ad hoc committees to support detailed review and refinement of the RFP framework, including equity considerations, eligibility requirements, funding priorities, and community accountability mechanisms. Committee meetings were convened following prior TCAB direction to strengthen alignment between community priorities and procurement processes.
Recommendation(s) / Next Step(s):
TCAB members will review the proposed edits and provide direction regarding incorporation of recommendations into the revised RFP draft. Staff will finalize revisions based on Board feedback and prepare materials for the next stage of the procurement process.
