Report Title:                     Accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD18-09504, Alamo area.

Recommendation of the County Administrator Recommendation of Board Committee

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements per the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD18-09504 for a project developed by Casato Properties, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
