RECOMMENDATIONS:

Acting as the governing board of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a payment, on behalf of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, to the State of California Department of Health Care Services in an amount not to exceed $2,634,000.45 for the "PP-GEMT IGT" (Public Provider Ground Emergency Medical Transport Intergovernmental Transfer) for ambulance transports provided by the District during September 2023 through December 2023; and AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief, or designee, to execute and submit the required IGT Certification Form.
