Information:

Staff will share observations and key learnings from recent site visits of Black Child Legacy campaign/ Rose Family Creative Empowerment Center and 40 Voices Campaign African American Holistic Resource Hub. The presentation will highlight observations from the site visits with the intention of designing a culturally grounded service model and an intergenerational engagement approach to integrate these practices into Federal Glover Wellness Network program design.

Referral History and Update:

Site visits were identified as a Phase 1 priority to support TCAB in understanding operational models and best practices for community-based service delivery. These visits also inform the Rapid Response service areas and future recommendations for service provider partnerships.
