ADOPT resolution approving the Parcel Map for urban lot split minor subdivision MS25-00007, for a project being developed by Sadique Popal, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works has reviewed the urban lot split minor subdivision MS25-00007 and has determined that all requirements for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
