TCAB will receive updates on the RFP procurement and outreach process.
Referral History and Update:
The Request for Proposals (RFP #255) for Rapid Response Service Providers was released on July 23, 2026. The solicitation seeks community-based organizations to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, healing-centered services across six priority service areas serving Black/African American communities throughout Contra Costa County.
The procurement remains open through September 4, 2026.
Staff will provide updates regarding:
• Initial outreach activities
• Community awareness efforts
• Distribution through partner networks
• Upcoming Bidders' Information Sessions
Because outreach is still underway, final outreach metrics are not yet available and will be shared at a future meeting.
