FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval, this request will result in a cost neutral in the Public Health CCS Admin (Org. 5890), (17.5% General Fund and 82.5% State/Federal CCS Funds).
BACKGROUND:
Per the Physician’s & Dentists’ Organization of Contra Costa County (PDOCC) MOU, section 6.9- Increase in Hours, incumbents have the ability to submit requests during the months of April and/or October to have their position hours increased. Management reviews and evaluates these requests by considering the actual work hours of the employee over the past six (6) months and the anticipated needs of the department.
After reviewing the request, management agrees with adjusting the hours of both positions.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If not approved, the County will not be complying with the negotiated MOU terms previously agreed upon with the unions.
