RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the County Participation Agreement #74-776 with California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA), a government agency, to pay CalMHSA an amount not to exceed $675,000 for the County to participate in the Remote Supervision Program and for CalMHSA to act as the fiscal and administrative agent for the Program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.

FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this Participation Agreement will result in budgeted annual expenditures of up to $675,000 over a three-year period and will be funded 100% by Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Workforce Education and Training (WET) funds.

A designated County staff personnel member will be provided with platform access to dashboard data.

Approval of this new Participation Agreement #74-776 allows the County to participate in the Remote Supervision Program and for CalMHSA to act as the fiscal and administrative agent for the Program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. This Contract includes a mutual indemnification provision to hold harmless both parties for any cl...
