RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution No. 2025/ accepting as complete the contracted work performed by American Civil Contractors West Coast LLC for the Pleasant Hill Road Bridge Over Taylor Boulevard Preventative Maintenance Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. County Project No. 0662-6R4086, Federal Project No. BRLS-5928(154), (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 43% Highway Bridge Program (federal), 57% Local Road Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of May 16, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
