DENY claims filed by CSAA Insurance Group, a subrogee of Filemon Curiel; Mujica Beltran; Joshua Chang; Lauren Flicker; Terri Green; Herc Rentals; Darnice K. Marshall; Justin Russo; and San Ramon Regional Medical Center for Anne Mayfield.
CSAA Ins. Group a subrogee of Filemon Curiel: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $1,514.27.
Mujica Beltran: Personal injury claim related to trip and fall in an amount to exceed $35,000.
Joshua Chang: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $780.25.
Lauren Flicker: Property claim for water damage to home in the amount of $40,000.
Terri Green: Personal injury claim for mistreatment in the Martinez Detention Facility in the amount of $15,000.
Herc Rentals: Property claim for damage to message board in the amount of $14,130.98.
Darnice K. Marshall: Civil rights claim for false arrest and imprisonment in the amount of $20,100,000.
Justin Russo: Personal injury claim for mistreatment in the Martinez Detention Facility in an amount to exceed $25,000.
