RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Parker Avenue between First Street and Seventh Street, on March 7, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of the Rodeo Baseball Association Opening Day Parade, Rodeo area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Rodeo Baseball Association requested a road closure to establish a safe staging and parade route area for the start and finish of their event. The applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
