Staff will provide a brief overview of where TCAB is in the Phase One implementation process for the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network. This includes a summary of completed milestones, upcoming decision points, and how today’s actions fit within the broader implementation timeline.
Referral History and Update
Since Fall 2025, TCAB has reviewed the Feasibility Study and Implementation Plan, engaged in community-driven planning, and convened Ad Hoc Committees to develop and refine eligibility and selection criteria for the Lead Entity. This work culminates in today’s review and approval of the revised RFQ.
