Report Title: Amend On-Call Right-of-Way Contracts with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., Dokken Engineering, and Monument ROW Inc., to provide project management and right-of-way services to the Public Works Real Estate Division.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute three individual Amendments to extend the term from April 11, 2024, to April 11, 2027, with the following contractors: Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., Dokken Engineering, and Monument ROW Inc., each provides on-call right-of-way services for various projects.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
With the number of projects anticipated in the coming years, the Public Works Real Estate Division is in need of supplemental project management and right-of-way services in connection with those projects. Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., Dokken Engineering, and Monument ROW Inc. are qualified to perform those services when needed and requested by the County.
Under a standard services contract with the County, Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., Dokken Engineering, and Monument ROW Inc., will perform project management and right-of-way services when and to the extent requested by the County.
Considering the County’s need for these specialized services, and the contractor’s particular qualification to provide these services, it is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the Amendment.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Without Board approval, these services would not be provided by these contractors, which could result in projects being delayed or canceled.
