RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Health Services Director, a blanket purchase order with C. R. Bard, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $420,000 for the purchase of urology devices and other supplies as needed for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) for the period of April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2027.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this action will result in expenditures of up to $420,000 over a two-year period and will be funded by Hospital Enterprise Fund I revenues.
